Cancellation & Refunds
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental pickup time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental pickup time will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damages & Additional Charges
Refunds will not be issued if the car is returned with damage, excessive cleaning needs, or if the rental period is extended beyond the original agreement.
