Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GoDrive Car Rentals! By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth rental experience.

1. Rental Requirements

  • Renters must be 21 years or older (age may vary based on location) and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
  • A valid credit card is required for payment and security deposit. Debit cards may not be accepted for rentals.
  • Renters must provide proof of identity (passport, national ID) when picking up the vehicle.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins when you pick up the vehicle and ends when you return it to the designated location.
  • Rentals are charged on a daily or weekly basis depending on the agreement.
  • Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rental rate.

3. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must be driven only on public roads and may not be used for off-road driving, racing, or towing.
  • Renters must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, including cleanliness and fuel levels.
  • Smoking, pets, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

4. Insurance and Liability

  • Renters are required to have basic insurance coverage or purchase additional insurance through GoDrive Car Rentals at the time of booking or pickup.
  • Renters are responsible for any damages or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, including third-party damages, unless covered by purchased insurance.
  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the renter’s responsibility; GoDrive Car Rentals is not liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a non-refundable fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

7. Roadside Assistance

  • GoDrive Car Rentals provides 24/7 roadside assistance in case of emergencies, such as breakdowns, flat tires, or accidents.
  • The renter must contact our assistance service immediately and follow instructions.

8. Modifications to Rental Agreement

  • Any changes to your reservation (dates, vehicle type, etc.) must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental pickup. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.

9. Governing Law
